In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with good shower and a balcony, as example and that was great.

Tbh Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the bed was pretty firm.

The room was brand-new and reasonably spacious with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff was nice and helped with the free parking. Location: the hotel was just off Rach Gia as well as the ferry...

Wi-Fi connection was weak, made me a little nervous.
